Edna-isms, Part Thirty-six

Mom and some unknown person.

1.  "Well, I'll love ya and leave ya."  This was said jokingly at parting.

2.  "You leave the dance with the same boy you came with."  Some dating advice but I don't recall the occasion. This comes to my mind when I carpool--I've had kids go home with other people and not tell me.

3.  "See ya in the movies!" or "See ya on the ice!" (my personal favorite).  Two phrases by way of farewell that she might say when she or someone else was leaving.
