Busy day

Today was a busy day. I'm not sure where the morning went. I slept in a bit, which I needed, but still awoke early enough. I had obligations at church. Then, we fixed Sunday dinner for my brother and four of his children (and had to work to "find" my counter). Then, we put the food away and went to my sister's for her son's birthday party. We were in constant motion today. B has thrown his back out, which is no fun. J felt sick tonight. We'll see what tomorrow holds. This is more art work by L, above. I had moments today of feeling about like that witch looks. Ha.

Saturday

Today, my brother and some of his children were in town so we visited. I enjoyed the visiting. It doesn't happen often enough, it seems. "The girls" went to the movie "Errand of Angels" and enjoyed it. I think it was a fairly accurate picture of a mission although the fatigue didn't come through. Today was a full day, so I am no closer to getting the photographs taken that I want to post. But I think this will happen in good time.

Around the town . . .

Since B's retirement, we have started going on walks for our health. We vary our routes but since the town is not very big, we will eventually see every bit of it many times over. I have really enjoyed the walks.

One more day . . .

Today, I purchased batteries for the digital camera. Now, I'm one step closer to being able to upload some current pictures once I figure out how to use B's old digital camera that I'm going to "take over." So today, like yesterday, I'm uploading an image created by L.

Just starting out today . . . .

For a while, I have been toying with the idea of starting a blog and I decided to take the plunge today. However, I find I'm more hesitant than I expected. Perhaps as I figure things out, I'll become more confident.
